Take a sterile test strip and insert it into the test strip slot on the screen.
A drop icon will appear on the screen, indicating that the screen is ready for use.
Use a sterile lancet to prick the side of your finger.
Hold your finger at an angle so that one side of the test strip touches a drop of blood.
When the blood touches, it is drawn into the test strip.
The screen will start a countdown for 5 seconds.
The reading appears with the unit, date, and time on the screen.
